Where all of our colleges begin. You care about your learners’ happiness, you want to rollout our 10-minute survey to your learners. You’ll learn their main happiness drivers, be given safety flags, areas to focus on, and much more. This is the beginning of your journey, we can’t wait to see how you grow and improve your learners’ experience.

You’ve held Partner status for three years. You’re an innovator in the learner happiness space. You use our enhanced year-on-year longitudinal data to see where you’re improving and where still needs work. You’re recognised regionally as an Innovator and early adopter of Learner Happiness. You’re on your way to becoming a Leader.

Shining the way. Our Leaders have held Innovator status for three years, and consistently improve year-on-year. They also help us spread the word for Learner Happiness. And they sometimes host our celebrated Community of Practice. They are recognised nationally as educators putting Learner Happiness first.
